Manufactured a frame and mounted the rubber for the gearshifter tonight, will also need to add some sealent around the rubber/steel contactsurface.

I have been thinking, I've hope. The air inlet that I've have done before with a electrical small engine couldn't stand water. So I have made a water collector on it. Took many hours but now it is mounted, I have also a plastic hose all way down to the frame on the passanger side.

Water for front window/tank

Have this evening, made a holder for a used watertank from the scrap yard, I need also tomake
an opening from the trunk later on.

No water in the trunk

Started last week to make a drainage for water that will come in the channel around the read hood, even if it's closed. Have mounted it today, here you can see the result. I really hope this will work fine since water in the trunk really are something to get frustaded over.

Earth cable for the pertroltank

Have today got the cable in place, it's importent to avoid get static power to the tank.

Electrical main from trunk to start engine

The Doors

Since the body came w/o ready made doors, I have to do everything myself, doorframes, locks, powerwindows and much more, finally I getting to the point where I can glue the doorhalfs together.

Power to the head lights

Have started to mount the electrical system, in these pictures you can see the front main lights and cooling fan for radiator.

Summer in the air

The rod are looking out, if the weather was better it might jumped out of the garage.

Coolin' the engine

Have today mounted the electrical fan, had to place in front of the radiator. The engine are to close, you need at least 8.5 cm for this unit, so - in front it is.

If an accident accurs!

Have mounted a non return valve from an Audi in the Rod.
This little unit makes the gastank breathe- normalwise. But when
or if the car is upside down the unit will close itself. Means that
it will avoid the gasolin spill out throu it - great and safe!

Let it rain !

Last night's I've mounted the front wipers. Not diffcult but you got tomake a holding plate on the inside and a "angle washer on the outside. But nice when its finished.

Breathers !

According to swedish rules you need to connect headcover breathers to the air intake on a new car (2010 model) which my car is going to be to pass the registration. So I've have today also made this connection. Nature, we are caring for you!

Air filter - with style

Today I have mounted the nice lookin' airfilter with 3 red valves in the front. Took some time to get a filter inside it. Seems to be done w/o (at least this one). Also to get a steelbar to connect to the throttle. Really neat!!

Air-intake to the driver

To get the car throu the registration I need to have an air intake to the cupe' to pass the registration here in Sweden. I had an electric device laying around in the garage. Have made 2 holders and mounted it and now it seems to work just fine. Nice with just a knob that I can push left or right.

Two step's forward, one back!

I realized yesterday that the roller cage are to low, how did this happen? Just to cut it down this mornin' damn.

What you see here in the picture are the result of another 3 hours in the garage, sight!

The wall part 2

• Welded the upper part of the wall today, a lot of steelband was made, had to saw the with a bandsaw, hec I have no steel cutter. Gonna' mount foam on it later on.

Petrol tank

• Today I've mounted the "specialmade " petroltank in the -34. Also started to build the wall in front of the tank. Here you see the steelbars and the profiles to hold it together. Next step are to make the upper frame for the wall. I will mount the woodpart to it later.

Rear Sway arm - look how neat!

Today I've been busy in my cold garage, not more than +12dg C in it, since it´s more than -20 C outside, buurrh. Anyways I have made the complete rear swayarm system. Look at pictures I think it´s going to be neat and will work just fine. I have used a regular steelpipe and maybe it has to be some kind of fethersteel. We will see once it get´s on the road.

Dashboard!

I have today done some work, first I got help from a freind to cut material for the rear axle swayarm. It´s going to be mounted inside the trunk, really neat it will be. In the afternoon I started to mount the dashboard and wiring for the instruments. These intruments are really good lookin` if you ask me.
